New sound creation course at Piktura!
This year, sound takes centre stage at Piktura. Artist Nicolas Delfosse, a specialist in electronic music and sound exploration, introduces students to the creation of soundscapes. Because in our professions, sound is just as important as image.
During the first class, students enjoyed a spatialised listening experience: a moment of experimentation where frequencies, materials and vibrations interacted. On the programme: a plant, water, a marble on a screen-printed frame, a bow on a saw... all unexpected sound sources for composing differently and refining the ear.
